This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.The project involves the replacement of heating hot water and domestic hot water boilers across various facilities on base.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the on-site leader for all construction activities related to boiler replacement.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.Develop, review, and enforce site-specific safety plans.Ensure compliance with all base access requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.Maintain clear, consistent communication with project managers, subcontractors, and base personnel.Track daily progress, maintain logs, and provide regular updates and reports.Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule.Uphold quality control standards and verify proper installation practices.QualificationsProven experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in HVAC, mechanical systems, or related construction fields.Will also consider candidates with experience in low-voltage, general construction, or other technical trades.Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with creating and implementing safety plans.Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage fast‑paced field operations.Experience working on military bases or secure facilities is a plus (not required).About Loyal SourceLoyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
