The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, developing strategic plans, managing client relationships, and leading a team to deliver top-notch trucking permit and compliance services. The role involves ensuring the company maintains its exceptional standard of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for business growth, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skills, including team development and performance optimizationExperience in strategic planning, business development, and process improvementIn-depth knowledge of trucking permits, DOT compliance, and industry regulationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of projects and deadlinesProficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under high-pressure situationsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client and stakeholder relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or related field (preferred but not required)Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a strong plus
