Audit Manager/Senior Accountant
We are seeking both a Senior Level Accountant and an Accounting/Audit Manager to join our growing CPA Firm located in Hauppauge, New York. The positions are available for an individual with approximately 5+ years of public accounting experience. Experience with working with privately-held businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and CIRAs audits is a plus. Position entails general accounting, financial statement preparation and tax preparation.
Our Firm is a member of the AICPA Peer Review Program and has an excellent reputation in the business and banking community. Our diverse client base includes many unique business industries, including video game developers, social media influencers, professional athletes, distribution/wholesale companies, real estate developers, construction contractors, professional services, manufacturers, not-for-profits and homeowners and condominium associations. The position offers direct client interaction (mostly Long Island based clients) with significant growth potential.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and CPA license or be actively pursuing a CPA designation.
Knowledge of CCH Axcess and QuickBooks are preferred, knowledge of Excel and Word a must.
