Millard West High School is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Swim Coach to support our swim program. Responsibilities include assisting with practices and meets, helping develop athletes’ skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all swimmers.QualificationsKnowledge of competitive swimming techniques and rulesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends during the seasonPrevious coaching or competitive swimming experience preferredThis is a great opportunity to mentor student-athletes and be part of a dedicated coaching team.
