Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for our Insurance Account Manager at our agency, conveniently located at 11911 S Parker Rd Ste 101. Parker, CO 80134 This program provides extensive training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency upon successful completion of the program.
Compensation and Work Hours
The total annual remuneration for this position is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales
Engage in community activities
Establish networking relationships with stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
Build and maintain relationships
Utilize lead management systems
Seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Willing to obtain State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health license insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and goal-focused
Eager to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching
Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
Strong ambition for personal and professional development
