Senior Loan Counselor

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Counselor who is responsible for managing delinquent loans and providing borrower counseling. Key ResponsibilitiesContact delinquent customers to collect payments and reestablish payment patterns Negotiate payment schedules to prevent foreclosure and approve short-term repayment plans Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and assist borrowers with financial packagesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired Previous experience in collections and/or default servicing desired Prior experience in loan counseling with MSP required
