Reporting Program Manager

Role: Reporting Program Manager – Infrastructure Services & Mergers IntegrationLocations: New York, NY or Alpharetta, GAWork Arrangement: 100% onsite, five days per weekExperience: 12–25 years preferredPosition OverviewClient team needs a senior Reporting Program Manager to manage governance, reporting, and program coordination for technology infrastructure integration following mergers and acquisitions.The consultant will gather updates from multiple infrastructure teams, identify risks and dependencies, prepare executive presentations, and lead weekly PMO meetings. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional communication, professional presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.Mandatory Requirements12–25 years of overall professional experience.At least 10 years of PMO, program management, or project-delivery experience.Direct mergers, acquisitions, and technology-integration experience.Experience consolidating infrastructure across multiple organizations.Strong understanding of cloud, data centers, networking, compute, storage, end-user technology, and applications.Expert-level Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.Proven experience developing executive presentations and presenting before senior groups.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience leading meetings, workshops, deep dives, and working sessions.Ability to work independently in a large, global, matrixed organization.Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York or Alpharetta.Key ResponsibilitiesLead weekly PMO meetings covering infrastructure integration progress.Collect updates from technical SMEs, project teams, risk teams, and senior stakeholders.Create executive presentations using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.Maintain program plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependency trackers, meeting minutes, and status reports.Report KPIs, OKRs, resource updates, accomplishments, risks, issues, and required decisions.Convert complex technical information into clear executive-level reporting.Track interdependencies across multiple infrastructure projects.Facilitate workshops and working sessions to resolve blockers.Coordinate teams across cloud, networking, compute, data centers, storage, applications, and end-user technology.Ensure governance, controls, accountability, and timely program execution.Required ToolsPower BIPowerPointExcelJiraPMO and reporting toolsAI-enabled productivity tools
