Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney

Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm with a nationally recognized financial services and investment management practice, is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its New York office.The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders, borrowers, private credit funds, asset managers, financial institutions, and other market participants in a broad range of financing transactions. Experience with private credit, leveraged finance, fund finance, subscription credit facilities, NAV lending, asset-based lending, structured finance, or other complex commercial lending matters is highly desirable.Candidates should possess:• 3–4 years of relevant law firm experience• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills• Experience managing transaction workstreams and interacting directly with clients• Excellent academic credentials• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for prompt admissionThis opportunity offers the chance to join a sophisticated and entrepreneurial practice that advises leading participants across the alternative investment, private credit, and financial services sectors. Associates can expect meaningful responsibility, substantial client contact, and direct exposure to complex transactions from an early stage.Compensation: $205,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
