This role plays a key part in ensuring financial transparency, optimizing technology investments, and supporting strategic decision-making across IT initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & ForecastingDevelop and manage annual IT budgets and rolling forecastsTrack actuals vs. budget and analyze variancesPartner with IT leaders to support cost center planning and accountabilityCost Analysis & OptimizationMonitor IT spend across software, hardware, cloud, and vendorsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementsAnalyze licensing models and optimize SaaS/cloud usageValidate invoices and improve procurement processesVendor & Contract ManagementSupport vendor selection, RFP processes, and contract negotiationsTrack vendor performance, compliance, and riskManage software licensing and renewal cyclesMaintain centralized contract documentation and reportingReporting & InsightsPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadershipBuild dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and trendsProvide actionable insights to support IT and business decisionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with IT, Finance, and business leaders on financial strategySupport project teams with budgeting and financial trackingWork with external vendors and service providers on cost and performance analysisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field5–10 years of experience in IT finance, FP&A, or similar roleStrong Excel skills (financial modeling, forecasting, analysis)Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar preferred)Familiarity with IT procurement, asset management, and vendor contractsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with ability to present to leadershipNice To HaveCPA, CFA, PMP, CISA, or advanced degreeExperience in manufacturing or complex enterprise environments#INAPR2026
