You will be responsible for ensuring timely billing and collection, alongside delivering exceptional client satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate tax services for multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all tax-related matters.Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives.Exhibit industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles, while demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.Qualifications:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating system knowledge.7-10 years of relevant experience in the field.An advanced degree is preferred.Demonstrated abilities in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, relationship building, leadership, project management, and business development.Work Environment:This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work based in Wooster.
