We are a precision shop protecting a 70-year legacy You do not need Blanchard grinding experience. You do needmachining or strong mechanical experience, we will train you. Tired of babysitting a CNC? Chasing offsets all day? Running production parts with no challenge? This will be the job for you. What You’ll Do: Set up and operate Blanchard rotary surface grinders Grind steel, stainless, tool steel, and castings Hold size, flatness and parallelism within .001–.002 when required Read and interpret prints and GD&T Inspect your own work using indicators, micrometers, and surface plates Learn proper wheel selection, dressing, and process control Who We’re Looking For: Precision Grinding / machining or proven strong mechanical background.
