The position involves a variety of tasks that support our operations and maintenance of small piston aircraft.Key Responsibilities:Office and Administrative Support: Undertake general office tasks and provide administrative assistance as neededGeneral Labor and Facility Maintenance: Engage in various labor tasks and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilitiesParts Inventory Management: Assist with the management and organization of aircraft parts inventoryAircraft Cleaning and Detailing: Ensure our aircraft are clean and well-maintained, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and safetyAssisted Aircraft Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance of small piston aircraft under supervision, gaining practical experienceRunning Errands: Perform miscellaneous errands to support our operational needsFlexible Duties: Be ready to take on other responsibilities as they arise from time to timeApprenticeship Opportunity:For those aspiring to become aircraft mechanics, this position offers the opportunity to log apprenticeship time towards mechanic certification in the futureCompensation:$10-12 per hourRequirements:Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportationAbility to lift and carry items weighing 25 to 100 lbsCapability to stand, walk, and bend for extended or continuous periodsProficient in using and operating various hand and power tools and equipmentComfortable working in confined spaces and climbing laddersPrepared to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, vibrations, fumes, grease, machinery, odors, and dustAvailability for occasional weekend, evening, or holiday duties as requiredMust pass a background check and drug screeningBenefits:We invest in our team well beyond a paycheck.
