CRNA 11 Days On 10 Days Off - Cortez, COFacility: Southwest Memorial HealthNovus Anesthesia Partners is dedicated to maintaining a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment.We are seeking talented CRNAs to join us in our practice setting at Southwest Memorial Health in Cortez, CO. The facility operates a 4 x 10 OR schedule which provides a very attractive schedule with excellent lifestyle advantages.Caseload includes: ENT, Gastro, General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral, Ortho, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology• Base Pay: $319,300 working 11 days on and 10 days off. Incentive pay with ability to make $350,000 or more.Qualifications:• Candidates with strong independent practice experience• All Novus CRNA must meet state licensure requirements.• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.• Must have solid decision-making ability.Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.Requirements:• Current certification as a CRNA with CO license• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbout Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLCNovus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is a professional and diverse team committed to providing exceptional anesthesia services to the facilities, patients, and surgeons that we serve.
