The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the platform strategy in alignment with business objectives, leading and expanding teams across various engineering disciplines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure systems. This role demands a leader with a strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern data stacks, who can also effectively guide the adoption of AI capabilities within the platforms to enhance reliability, automation, and insight.Applicants for the Vice President of Engineering and AI position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in software engineering, data engineering, and cloud platforms, with a proven track record of senior leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of platform and data infrastructure at scale, as well as the ability to lead and manage complex technical portfolios.
