Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Fort Worth, TXCornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the VP of Human Resources. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning talent strategy with organizational objectives while driving a high-performance, employee-centered culture.Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders across assigned business units, aligning talent strategy with business goalsProactively support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiativesProvide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, compensation practices, and policy interpretationDrive talent management initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce developmentPartner with leaders to define and execute people priorities that enhance employee experience and engagementFacilitate discussions around transformation, engagement, and team effectivenessOwn and support the employee lifecycle for designated departmentsCollaborate with HR team members to design and implement people-focused programs and initiativesLead and manage HR-related projects such as compliance initiatives, employee engagement surveys, exit interview analysis, compensation programs, sponsorship programs, and career development initiativesProvide insight to business leaders using HR data and employee feedback trendsSupport leaders in attracting, developing, and retaining top talentRequirements:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of HR Generalist experienceExperience serving as a strategic HR partner or internal consultant preferredExperience administering sponsorship programs preferredPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferredStrong coaching and influencing skills across all levels of leadershipDemonstrated business acumen and strategic orientationDeep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, compensation, and performance managementAbility to manage confidential information with discretionStrong communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsCollaborative, empathetic, and inclusive leadership styleProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Compensation and Benefits:Employment Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hoursLocation: Hybrid, Monday & Friday Work From HomeSalary: $95,000-$108,000 (DOE) plus bonusBenefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional company-sponsored programs If you are an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of strategic partnership and leadership influence, we invite you to apply today and take the next step in your career with a company committed to collaboration and excellence.
