Machine Operator/Assembler

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator/Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating machinery, assembling products, and working with various tools. This role is essential to ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations within the manufacturing facility. Assist in training new employees on machine operation and assembly processes as needed. Experience Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
