Property Manger

Mt. Hope Cemetery located in Huntington, Indiana is seeking a Property Manager to work approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours. The rate of pay is $16.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience. Qualifications: Grounds keeping Basic Landscaping Mechanical Knowledge/Equipment Maintenance Ability to operate small utility tractor with a loader and tiller ability to operate equipment such as chain saw, weed eater, and power tools Basic bookkeeping and computer knowledge Ability to work flexible hours Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions when needed Ability to respectfully engage with the public, and remain positive Sales Manage 3rd party burials and internments Ability to work diplomatically with concerns and complaints The selected candidate will receive onsite training on the cemetery operations, policies, and procedures.
