Barista Cashier

Cafe Tempo Express is looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our growing café. This position includes barista, drive-thru, and front register responsibilities. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages Take customer orders at the front register and drive-thru Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Restock products, pastries, and supplies as needed Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Trustworthy and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Barista or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Motivated individuals interested in growing with the company Schedule & Availability Current hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Expanding soon to 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Looking for team members with open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Shift options may include: Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 11:00/12:00 Afternoon shift: 11:00/12:00 – Close What We’re Looking For We want team members who are: Friendly and customer-focused Reliable and trustworthy Motivated and eager to learn Interested in growing with a local business Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
