Role Description This is a part-time on-site role based in Romeoville, IL, for a Revenue Specialist. The Revenue Specialist will handle revenue cycle management tasks, including claims processing, payment posting, and account reconciliation. The role also involves analyzing financial transactions, assisting with accounting processes, and providing detailed reports. Effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure compliance and optimize revenue performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management processes, including claims processing, denial management, and payment posting.Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends and discrepancies.Foundation in Finance and Accounting principles with the ability to manage and reconcile accounts effectively.Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and address inquiries with clarity.Detail-oriented mindset with proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Prior experience in healthcare revenue management is a plus.
