Additional accountabilities include counseling and education for patients and families. Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including the supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.Essential Job DutiesCare provider must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient's age group.
