Server/Bartender

Server / Bartender Join the Finley's team! We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy creating great guest experiences. This position includes both serving and bartending shifts, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable behind the bar, on the floor, and working as part of a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to every guest from greeting to payment. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar and dining area. Make menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages when appropriate. Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification. Process payments accurately using our POS system. Assist with opening, closing, side work, stocking, and cleaning. Work closely with teammates to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Qualifications Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred. Current TABC and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain them). Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
