Laurent Tourondel's busy midtown venue L'Amico/Skirt/Second/Back Bar is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the team! Ideal candidates will be well experienced in the fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant/event space, be able to jump in when needed, and have experiencing managing kitchen staff, chefs and stewards.
