You will do this by thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in our stores and online.What you'll be doing:Thoroughly examine and grade donated goodsEffectively process goods to meet daily production goalsPivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goalsIdentify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management supportEffectively communicate with management and other team membersEffectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peersConsistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructionsMaintain a neat, clean, and organized work areaAdhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to managementAttend and complete all required trainings and meetingsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:High School Diploma or GED preferredConsistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experienceMust have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skillsDetail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgementMust be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 will not be allowed to operate forklifts, balers or compactors)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
