Custodian - 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, variable hours)

Job TitleWe are excited about your interest in our district! District 87 is home to one high school, one junior high, six elementary schools, and one early childhood school. We also have the Bloomington Career Academy which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts. In accordance with Appendix A of the Board-BESP agreement, the FY26 starting compensation will be $20.21/hour. A second shift premium of $0.50 will be added. This is a Floater position so hours will be either day shift (7-3:30pm) or second shift (3-11:30pm) or a combination of both equivalent to 8 hours/day. Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked. This position will be classified as part of the Custodial Maintenance employee group.
