This position also works in tandem with our Production Manager to oversee the routine care for all items and materials within our Dallas area property. Read through and apply if this sounds like the opportunity for you!Facilities Coordinator ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building/facility's maintenance functions and upkeep/cleaningPerform basic repairs and upkeep which may include plumbing, electrical, automotive and morePerform pick-up and delivery as requiredMonitors vehicle maintenance and care (i.e. forklifts, trucks, vans)With local fire department, conduct appropriate fire prevention tests, such as sprinkler testingResponsible for securing facilityOversees and performs shop equipment maintenance as neededWorks on special facility-related projects as directedCommunicate any and all maintenance related issues to supervisorCarry him/herself in professional manner when collaborating with various staff and vendorsOther duties as assigned by the Production SupervisorRequirementsFacilities Coordinator Requirements and QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED and 2+ years of related experience requiredPossess a valid driver's license requiredPrevious forklift certification preferredSolid organizational and communication skills
