The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while managing a variety of patient needs in a 14-bed facility.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit. Support postpartum recovery and nursery responsibilities. Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-2 during labor, 1:3 for couplets, and 1:6 for nursery and postpartum care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC). NRP certification preferred.
