Data Engineer

Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using GCP technologies, Apache Beam, Airflow, Python, and SQL. Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Contribute strategically to roadmap planning and ensure excellence in solution design. Own technology solutions, including monitoring, alerting, and communicating the technological roadmap. Ensure existing systems meet resiliency, stability, and operational readiness standards.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. High School Diploma/GED required. 8 years of extensive technical experience in application development or package software implementations. Experience in the PBM, healthcare, or financial industry. Proficiency in Apache Beam, Apache Airflow, Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Cloud Composer, Gsutil, Dataplex), Python, SQL, and GitHub. Ability to manage and mentor others, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
