Construction/Real Estate Lawyer for Regional Law Firm

A regional law firm in Texas with a great track record of success and an excellent reputation is seeking a real estate lawyer who has at least 5 years of experience in construction law, including contractor, subcontractor, MSAs, and RFPs, as well as other types of contracts and agreements relating to commercial construction. This position can be in Fort Worth or in Austin and will be the go-to lawyer for construction related matters in the firm's sizeable real estate group, which is well known and regarded in Texas. Portable business is a plus but not required. Compensation will include a sizeable and competitive base salary as well as bonuses based on hours and originations. This is a partnership track position with a well-regarded and successful Texas-based firm with reasonable billing rates that would provide an excellent platform on which to build or continue to build a sizeable book of business, due to not only the reasonable hourly rates but also the reputation and existing client base of the real estate group.
