Corporate Office & Culture Manager This role is essential in supporting both the operational excellence and cultural strength of the NYC corporate office, ensuring a workplace that reflects the professionalism and standards of Reis.Front Desk & Guest ExperienceGreet all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.Maintain an organized and polished reception area.Serve as the positive corporate facing representative for the NYC officeManage incoming corporate inquires, mail, and package deliveries.Administrative & Cross-Functional SupportAssist corporate operations with onboarding support, workspace setup, and event logistics.Serve as Corporate Culture Lead, including:Managing the digital employee suggestion program;Scheduling and facilitating monthly culture committee meetingsPlanning and executing employee engagement initiativeCoordinate, maintain budget and planning for NYC corporate, culture events.Maintain facility-related records, procedures, and documentationOpen, review and distribute 286 mail as requiredAssist HR with employee training coordination and SST administration, as needed.Support project teams with permit renewals and administrative requirements.Expedite Overnight mail as required.Office Services & Supply ManagementOversee ordering and inventory of office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies.Coordinate and manage daily catering needs (breakfast and lunch), ensuring dietary preferences are accommodated.Manage conference room schedules and ensure meeting spaces are prepped and clean.Workplace & Facilities OperationsAct as the primary contact for all NYC office facility-related needs and services.Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal personnel & external vendors (e.g., HVAC, lighting, janitorial, plumbing).Monitor and track open facility tickets and service requests to ensure timely resolution.Conduct regular walkthroughs to assess cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of the office.Ensure compliance with local building codes and workplace safety standards.Vendor ManagementSchedule and coordinate third-party vendor services, including facilities maintenance, cleaning, catering, and equipment repair.Ensure service vendors meet agreed-upon quality standards and timelines.Maintain vendor contact information, agreements, and service logs.COI, CS & MSA ManagementAssist the CS Team with the COI request, collection and recording keeping to the server for all projects on an as-needed basis.Assist the CS Team with Request, Issuance and recording keeping of all MSA Agreements.Skills & Qualifications3+ years experience in office management, facilities coordination, or corporate operations in a client-facing environmentProfessional presence and ability to represent the organization with confidence and discretionStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with scheduling systems, facilities management tools, or work order platforms preferredProven ability to manage vendors and coordinate service deliveryDetail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven approachAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environmentWork RequirementsFull-time, on-site presence requiredStandard office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 pmKey Success FactorsMaintains a highly professional and welcoming office environmentEnsures seamless daily office and facilities operationsEffectively supports cross-functional teams and leadershipDrives employee engagement and positive workplace cultureDemonstrates strong ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
