Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead nightly warehouse and distribution operations for our client's high-volume, non-union facilities in New Albany, IN. This role will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a coach/mentor who thrives in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment and excels at planning, organization, and team communication. The warehouse supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager who offers excellent mentorship and employee development.Reasons to join our client's well-established, thriving organization - have the opportunity to lead and influence warehouse operations, work in a collaborative team-oriented environment and enjoy growth/development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations Lead, coach, and develop ~50 warehouse team members to achieve operational goalsEnsure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsManage workflow planning, staffing, and productivity to meet shipping and receiving deadlinesMonitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse management system processesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain and leadershipMaintain accurate records and reporting using warehouse and ERP systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practicesCommunicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels of the organizationRequired Qualifications (MUST HAVE)Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum 3 + years of supervisory experienceWork experience in high-volume distribution or warehouseExperience with process development and continuous improvementExperience with ERP software systemsAbility to change priorities quicklySuccessful background check and drug screenPreferred QualificationsExperience with AS400 softwareExperience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000, plus an additional 10% shift differential for nightsCompensation for extra shiftsComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysRelocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
