The Landscape Business Developer will play a key role in expanding the companys presence by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting the full range of landscaping services. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for the landscaping industry and a drive to achieve results. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector to drive company growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, property managers, and potential clients. Represent GreenEarth Midwest at networking events and industry functions to enhance brand visibility. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is maintained. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within landscaping, construction, or design. Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry, including services and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
