About the Position(s): CAPTEK® is accepting applications for the following entry level Production and Manufacturing functions: Machine Operators, Technicians, Packaging, Inspection, Custodian/Janitorial. Schedule: Monday-Friday for our 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM -10:15PM Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operating equipment to defined standards and product requirement goals Conducting required quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction Extensive amounts of reading, writing, and documenting Supporting a safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety, policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Preventative Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: Must be able to read, write, comprehend and follow all GMP SOP’s Must be able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling without issue Must be able to work with smelly/odorous substances for manufacturing functions Must be able to work up to 8 hours per day in a noisy, powdery, production environment Work Environment & Exposures: Position will require daily and frequent exposure to temperature controlled cold safe environment. Occasional exposure to outside working environment is possible. Noise levels fluctuate but are consistent with standard vitamin supplement manufacturing environment.
