We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who take pride in quality work and want to grow in manufacturing.What You'll DoSet up and operate secondary production equipmentMonitor machines and make adjustments as neededPerform in-process quality checks to meet customer specificationsInspect, sort, and package finished partsComplete production documentation using tabletsMaintain a clean, safe work area and communicate any issues to your supervisorWhat We're Looking ForAbility to follow work instructions and read basic blueprintsComfortable using tablets or computersMechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledgeManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experiencePhysical RequirementsStand for most of the shiftLift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionallyOccasional bending and crouchingIf you are looking for a stable company with a strong team culture and opportunity to build your skills, we would love to connect.
