Management of client and investment team.ResponsibilitiesRole Objectives:Responsible For Driving National Video Investment Strategy, Stewardship, And Marketplace Performance. This Role Combines Strategic Leadership, Deep Marketplace Expertise, And People Management To Deliver Best‑in‑class Investment Outcomes Across Traditional And Digital Channels, With Focus On Linear TV, Streaming, And Advanced Video:Oversee, train and mentor an integrated investment teamNegotiate and purchase National Video scatter/upfront activityLead Upfront strategy, negotiations, and allocations and educate clients on marketplace updatesAdvise on non-video investment deals including digital, biddable, content, audio and moreSteward annual audit and savings delivery commitmentsMaintain and share current knowledge of marketplace conditions through network meetings and trade publicationsProject delivery for inventory against relevant target demographicsSteward media schedules adhering to each client’s buying guidelinesHelp oversee timeline and execution of added value opportunitiesMaintain confirmation of purchase, schedules, budgets, and reconciliation of network billingMonitor performance of buys using current rating information. Secure makegoods and/or audience deficiency units for under deliveryMeet all due dates for buys, post analyses, and assigned projects; help team set up project deadlines to achieve all timelinesCommunicate regularly with salespeople and negotiate to maintain or improve the integrity of the buys as they are stewardedAdvise investment team of marketplace conditions, special opportunities, and potential schedule interruptionsAssist in development of cost per points, competitive checks and group projectsQualificationsB.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related fieldAgency experience highly preferred10+ years of experience working in a national media investment buying environmentClient and team management experienceExperience in Linear TV and Streaming Video is a mustNice to have - experience leading Digital, Biddable, Audio and/or other digital channelsStrong negotiating and presenting skillsExcellent communication, organizational and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
