This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects that improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility operations. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Primary responsibilities include:Lead manufacturing capital and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementationDevelop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plansPartner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Supply Chain, and leadership to align projects with business goalsOversee equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioningManage contractors, engineering firms, and equipment vendorsAnalyze production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performanceManage contractors, vendors, and external partnersOversee equipment specification, procurement, installation, and commissioningEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsPrepare technical documentation, reports, and presentationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field), or equivalent combination of technical education and experience3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical/process, or industrial engineering environmentExperience managing capital projects and budgetsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement toolsProficiency in project management software and CAD systems (preferred)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to adapt to changing/growing processesAbility to support in responsibilities outside the defined role/titleExperience with automation, process optimization, or equipment validationFamiliarity with GMP or regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer YouWe believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
