This opportunity is in the Business Intelligence & Planning department.The Business Intelligence & Planning Department is dedicated to empowering informed decision-making and driving strategic growth through comprehensive financial planning, data-driven insights, and governance excellence. Together, we support a culture of data excellence and financial foresight.Role Description:As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions across the organization. You will work closely with business partners to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions, building and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SSRS.In this role, you will leverage your SQL expertise to query and manage data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs. You will also support data validation, assist in refining reporting processes, and contribute to documentation that enhances transparency and usability.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions in a dynamic and growing environment.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferredRequired Qualifications:1+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or analytics within a business environmentPrior experience interpreting business requirements and translating to technical requirementsAbility to read, write, and modify moderately complex SQL queriesPrior experience managing data tables and strong knowledge of common data structures and table joinsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency in vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and writing moderately complex formulasPrior hands-on experience providing reporting and/or data visualization using Power BI or SSRS / Visual StudioMust be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureThis position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related fieldPrior experience with Snowflake data cloudExposure to data warehousing concepts or working with large, complex datasets
