Residential Maintenance Handyman

Job Description Property Manager seeking Experienced Maintenance Personnel to fill immediate opening. Position will be 32-40hr/wk depending on workload. Must be located in or near Newark.Job Description: Work independently to complete work orders/maintenance requests for residential rental properties in Newark and surrounding communities. Work includes rental turns, basic repairs, rehab units. Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency of repairs and locations. Share progress and receive new assignments daily. Coordinate repairs with tenants and office. Able to do multiple repairs throughout the day. Log work summary, time and expenses on timesheet.Qualified Applicants should have: - Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall, handyman work, general rehab, etc. - Efficient in use of text and emails - Own toolsWage range $25-$27/hour based on experience. Use of company truck, potential for bonuses, paid vacation time. Most work hours will be Monday-Friday, weekends as needed.
