This is a chance to help shape the future of a fast-growing brand at a pivotal stage.The Director of Marketing will lead end-to-end marketing for De Soi—owning brand strategy, integrated planning, and go-to-market execution across channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to drive brand equity, demand, and long-term growth.You’ll manage a lean internal team and a network of best-in-class agency partners, bringing clarity, focus, and momentum to everything from campaigns and launches to partnerships and field programs.This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build brands that resonate and perform.What You’ll DOBrand Strategy & LeadershipOwn De Soi’s overarching brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all touchpointsBuild and lead annual and quarterly marketing plans that align brand, digital, retail, and product initiativesServe as the internal brand steward—setting direction for tone of voice, visual world, storytelling, and consumer experienceDevelop campaign platforms, creative briefs, and strategic frameworks used across teams and partnersPartner closely with founders and leadership on long-term brand vision and roadmapBrand Marketing, Partnerships & FieldOversee social, influencer, PR, partnerships, and field marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and executionLead influencer strategy end-to-end, from seeding and creative concepting to paid partnerships and performance trackingDrive brand partnerships and activations, including co-marketing, experiential, and retail tie-insShape press and PR strategy, working with agency partners to refine narratives and secure meaningful coverageBuild integrated campaigns that connect awareness, community, trial, retail, and DTCProduct Innovation & Go-To-MarketLead the marketing side of product innovation, identifying whitespace and category opportunitiesPartner with founders, R&D, and creative teams on product positioning, naming, packaging, and brand worldsOwn consumer research and insights, including surveys, tastings, testing, and concept validationDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for launches across brand, digital, retail, PR, influencer, and fieldTrade & Retail MarketingLead trade marketing initiatives in close partnership with the sales teamBuild sales decks, pitch materials, and retail storytelling frameworks for key accounts and distributorsDevelop in-store programs including POS, end caps, shippers, sampling and merchandising strategiesPartner with retail accounts on programming and execution to drive velocity and awarenessSupport national retail pitches with brand, consumer and growth strategyTeam & Partner LeadershipManage and develop a team of full-time and freelance marketersLead and coordinate agency partners across paid media, creative, PR, and AmazonBring structure, clarity, and strong prioritization to a fast-moving environmentAbout YouYou’re a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in growing brands. You know how to set the vision, but you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
