Join a stable, growing company that values safety, teamwork, and long-term career development.Available Shifts Camden and Jordan Plant:2nd Shift: Monday Friday | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM3rd Shift: Monday Friday | 11:00 PM 7:30 AMRate of pay is $20 training, $20.50 qualified + the $1.50 differential for off shifts.Cazenovia Plant:3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)Rate of pay is $18.50 training, $19.50 qualified rate.Position Overview Seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, handle materials, and ensure quality and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinerySet up, adjust, and maintain equipment as neededSafely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facilityLoad and unload raw materials and finished goodsPerform quality checks and document production resultsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentSafety & Dress Code PPE Provided: Safety glasses, hearing protectionEmployee Must Provide: Steel-toe bootsNo loose clothing, no hooded sweatshirtsJeans and t-shirt recommendedSteel-toe footwear required at all timesTraining 1216 weeks of structured, hands-on trainingOngoing support to ensure long-term successOpportunity for skill development and advancementWhat We're Looking For Previous machine operation or forklift experience preferredStrong attendance and reliabilityCommitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh School Diploma or GED requiredSafety-focused individuals; willing to train candidates with relevant work experienceHow to Apply Resume submittal is required.
