The role:E&F Compliance Services builds compliance documentation for regulated industries. We just launched the Colorado Brokerage AI Compliance Pack — a $1,500 fixed-price product that helps real estate brokerages document their AI governance ahead of Colorado SB 24-205 (effective June 30, 2026).The product is built. The deadline is real. Brokerages are starting to feel the pressure. We need a closer to take inbound discovery calls and convert them.What you'd do:• Take 15-min discovery calls from booked prospects (no cold outreach)• Use a provided call script and FAQ• Close deals via Stripe payment link• Hand off to me for delivery and customization• 60-day and 120-day upgrade follow-ups (to a $5K full package)What I provide:• All leads (Apollo sequences run automatically)• Full sales materials (script, FAQ, objection handlers, handoff protocol)• Product expertise — I handle all delivery and customizationCompensation:• 40% commission on closed deals ($600 per $1,500 close)• Weekly payouts• No base, no retainer, no exclusivity• ~$1,200-$2,400/month at 2-4 closes, working <10 hours/weekLooking for someone with B2B sales experience, comfort with commission-only structures, and ideally some background in real estate, compliance, or municipal sales.
