Since 1987, the Area Code Baseball Games have served as amateur baseball's premier summer showcase. With your help, we're looking to make year 40 of Area Code Baseball the best one yet!We are specifically looking for an individual with a passion and interest for a career in baseball. We want you to learn new things in this role, and we encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what we're looking for.Primary responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:• Support daily operations of Area Code Baseball across departments• Organize, manage and update Area Code event data & analytics• Contribute around sales & marketing of Area Code's premium events• Collaborate with content team around Area Code social media channel management• Contribute in-person at Area Code Baseball eventsCandidate Profile:• College graduate or current college student with an interest for a career in baseball• Communication/Teamwork - Ability to collaborate with others and effectively communicate with team members• Organization - Strong attention to detail and ability to organize event information & data• Experience using Trackman at your college or university, or in another setting• NICE TO HAVE: Familiarity with SQL and programming in either R or Python• An advanced understanding of and ability to use social media (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)• Advanced computer skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data processing formulas• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, inDesign)LOCATION: Los Angeles-based with weekend availability and willingness to travel.
