Enjoy the charm of Charleston, SC while making a difference in patients' lives.Job OverviewAs a Nuclear Medicine Tech on this travel contract in Charleston, SC, you will work 5x8 hour shifts (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) from Monday to Friday with no holiday or on-call requirements. The unit performs PETCT scans twice a month on Saturdays, and you may be required to work one or two Saturdays depending on the unit's needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a timely manner.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each scan.Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results.Maintain proper documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.Shift DetailsShift: 5x8 hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)No holidays or on-call requirementsWeekend Requirement: May be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month for PETCT scans, depending on unit needs.RequirementsActive Nuclear Medicine Tech certification (ARRT or NMTCB).Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.This travel contract job in Charleston, SC is perfect for a Nuclear Medicine Tech looking for a dynamic work environment in one of the most beautiful cities in the country.
