Job Description Remote ControllerLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading non-profit organization to fill their open Remote Controller job. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 3-5 months. You will work remotely using company-provided equipment.To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role and you must have recent experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will earn between $50.00 and $57.00 per hour in this position. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).Responsibilities:Processing full-cycle accounts payableProcessing full-cycle accounts receivableProcessing full-cycle payrollManaging month-end and year-end close processesReconciling bank accountsAnalyzing month over month variancesSupervising and coaching the accounting teamDeveloping and implementing standard operating proceduresPreparing for auditsReviewing and analyzing financial statementsAll other related tasks as requiredQualifications:At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in a management/supervisory roleRecent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Previous experience in a non-profit organizationAdvanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.Compensation:Hourly rate between $50.00 and $57.00LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
