In the role of Mid-Atlantic Environmental Lead, we&#x27;ll count on you to: Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development andinitiation to close-out) Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completedwithin parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures Perform other duties as neededPercentage of local travel - 30%Percentage of travel greater than 40 miles - 70% Preferred Qualifications A license/certificationPMP certificationBachelor&#x27;s degree in environmental planning, environmental science or closely related fieldProven experience managing the NEPA process for transportation projectsStrong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with NEPA projects for other types of projects, in addition to transportation projectsDemonstrated knowledge of NEPA and the environmental processExperience managing EA/EIS projectsPreference given to local candidates*LI-MJ1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor&#x27;s degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
