Technical Lead, Display Metrology Systems, Raxium

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in display test engineering, including the introduction of new test systems into production environments.Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complete system design, from concept to deployment.Experience with imaging colorimetry, photometry, and optical metrology systems.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).10 years of experience in uLED, OLED, or related emissive display technologies.Experience in data analysis and scripting using Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, or JMP.Experience in optimizing test time, accuracy, and precision for display metrology systems, with knowledge of display driver functionality.Experience designing or integrating optomechanical fixtures, automating electrical instrumentation and optical equipment via Python (SCPI, VISA, etc.).Experience releasing complex hardware or software systems into a high-volume mass production (MP) environment.
