Position SummaryThe Accountant III is a senior financial professional and trusted steward of Heath Consultants’ financial integrity. In this role, you will lead complex general ledger operations, own the month-end and year-end close cycles, and deliver high-impact financial analyses that inform strategic decision-making. You’ll serve as a key liaison for internal and external audit engagements, champion internal control improvements, provide authoritative technical accounting guidance, and play an active mentorship role within the accounting team. This is a high-visibility position for a detail-driven professional who combines technical mastery with collaborative leadership.Candidates MUST be local to the Houston, TX area( Near Hobby Airport) for the interview process and work environment.
