From planning and implementing to testing and critically reviewing AI-generated PRs, you'll bring tool-agnostic AI fluency to every stage of development. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-assisted engineering, where the defining skill is knowing how to collaborate with AI intelligently, not just efficiently.What You'll Do Build and maintain Java backend services using AI tools across the full development cycle. Plan, implement, and test solutions using AI as an active development partner. Review and critically evaluate AI-generated code and pull requests. Apply AI-enabled practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability of software delivery.What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong proficiency in Java. Proven AI-enabled development practices across planning, implementation, testing, and code review. Experience reviewing and critically evaluating AI-generated output, including PR reviews. Tool-agnostic AI fluency, comfortable working with AI as a development partner rather than just a shortcut. Advanced proficiency in English.Nice To Have Experience with Spring Boot.
