Lawn Care Worker &/or snow plowing

Looking to hire a motivated hard working individual to snow plow. Must be willing to work in unpredictable weather, have transportation, and a valid driver's license. experience driving a loader is a plus. I'm also looking to hire someone to preform lawn care and property services. Must have experience with zero turn mowers, trimmers and blowers. Other duties include mulching, soil work, paddle brooming, etc. Pay is based on experience.
