Overview In this role you guide the Cost Engine team to deliver reliable, scalable healthcare cost, eligibility, and benefit data services. You will balance hands-on coding with people leadership to grow a high-performing team. You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and scrum stakeholders to ship impact-driven software. The role emphasizes modernization, observability, and AI-enabled productivity within a fast-moving, hybrid environment.
