You will provide support, guidance, and will serve as a clinical resource to each community. You will be responsible for nurse training and development as well as quality checking programs provided. You will provide assistance with new community transitions and opening and on-going regulatory compliance reviews.You will work directly with the VP of Clincal Services in this role.ResponsibilitiesCompany-wide compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory guidelinesTrain and continually review training with community nurses and clinical teams on company policies and state regulationsManage Quality Assurance in coordination with HR Management to identify opportunities to minimize/reduce liability risksOversee the development/revision and implementation of clinical program manuals and policies. Ensure program content encompasses industry best practices and is implemented effectivelyCompliance/accuracy of the resident assessment process, care planning, and documentationQualificationsValild RN license in good standingRegional Experience preferredExperience with PCC, Google computer systems, Quality ManagementClinical Teaching/Education experience requiredMust be organized, have excellent communication and time management skills.Does require covering communities in times of change, vacation, etc.
